Description: The exhibition moved to Dingle Oceanworld Aquarium in February 2015 where it was displayed for a month before culminating in a one day event hosted by An Taisce. During this event, MARLISCO staff gave a talk about the sources of marine litter and the overall objectives of the MARLISCO project.
The MARLISCO barrels were placed throughout the aquarium and worked well with Dingle’s own marine litter display. Dingle Oceanworld is situated in situated in one of Ireland’s most visited tourist towns and sits on the Wild Atlantic Way. The exhibition here was seen by many tourists and local residents alike and several school groups passing through the aquarium.
