Development of the methodology for Local Community compensation in waste management facilities siting. 2019-2020
Assigned by the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment. ISOTECH has developed and pilot-tested the methodology and tools for the provision of compensation to local authorities hosting waste management facilities.
More than 450 studies on noise, odour and air pollution (indoor and outdoor)
Since 1996, ISOTECH Ltd is the technical consultant on community annoyance problems for several Municipalities, Communities and other private organizations in Cyprus (eg Municipality of Nicosia, Aglantzia, Limassol, the Cyprus Federation of Night Club Owners etc). During these years, ISOTECH ltd has conducted more than 450 community annoyance surveys on noise, odour and air pollution (indoor and outdoor). The surveys include field measurements and evaluation of the micro-environment of each area. List of the studies/ surveys available on request.
