X.I. Loizidou participated as speaker in the INTERREG IVC Good Practice Fair 2011, held in Krakow, Poland the 24th November 2011. X. I. Loizidou presented the Good Practice that was submitted under the SUSTAIN project as “tranfer of best practices”, under the title “Converting organic, agricultural waste into material suitable for surfacing local footpaths”. This specific good practice reffers to the practice that was implemented by Kouklia Community with the support of ISOTECH, to use a shredder for shredding their agricultural waste and then use the wood chips for pavement of the footpaths of their area.
